Return & Cancellation Policy

If you changed your mind you can exchange the items according to the below conditions:

    · Your exchange must take place within 14 days of delivery.

    · Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

    · Items must have all brands’ tags attached.

    · Customers may exchange the items to any Balloons for all physical store.

    · Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect

 goods immediately upon their receipt and can be exchanged.

    · We reserve the right not to refund or exchange the amount of purchase, if the return falls outside    the terms of our Returns Policy.

NOTE: Refund is accepted only if the product was damaged before sending from our shop.
